SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We want to keep your shipping charges as low as possible! (Australia Post raise fees 1 July and 1 September each year.)
Using Australia Post the shipping amount will be determined by the weight, size, delivery destination, and method of delivery.
All packages will be registered. You will be charged the actual shipping charge which includes registration. There are no handling charges.
When you are processing your order through the Checkout page, the shipping charge shown is an estimate only.
Your actual charge may be less or more. Please contact us if you have any questions or need special handling of your purchase.
We bundle postage to make it cheaper, please check before paying!
Shipping for Overseas Orders with Global Priority Service
Customers are responsible for any Customs fees. Overseas customers within the Global Priority system will have their packages shipped via the Australia Post Services If at all possible, we will ship in the flat rate Registered mail pakage. Packages must weigh under 5 kilos and the package must be able to be sealed securely. Packages over 5 kilos or too bulky to be shipped in the registered envelope will be shipped Surface. We will contact you for your preference in this case. If you would like a shipping estimate before your package is shipped, please include this request in the “special requests” box at the bottom of your on-line order form.
Shipping for Non-Global Priority Countries
Customers are responsible for any Customs fees. Shipping prices can vary widely. Please let us know during the Checkout procedure if you want surface or air shipping. Returns & Replacements
ACQ wish to inform you due to downloads being in digital form no refunds will be given for any downloaded products. You can however request a sample from us to print before placing an order. For obvious reasons the sample will have a watermark running through it.
Personal photos printed by ACQ are non refundable.
We are human so occasionally an error may occur e.g: incorrect goods in your parcel than what you ordered.
ACQ request you call or email us within 7 days for a replacement or agreed resolution, if we do not receive notification within 7 days the goods shall lawfully be past to the recipient and no further remuneration is valid. Hold goods not ordered or paid for will incur a charge on your account.
Faulty Goods: If you feel goods are faulty you may return them within 7 days.
Goods must be returned in the original packaging with the receipt as proof of purchase, for a replacement.

Be aware your Goods will be returned to the manufacturer for inspection before a replacement can be issued.
Partial returns example: You purchase a 5 pack of inkjet fabric sheets and print on all 5 sheets. You use three of the printed sheets and return 2 sheets. We can not replace used products. Similarly if you return 1 x fabric sheet from a 10 pack of fabric sheets then we will replace the proportionate amount of products. Goods will not be replaced if purchased more than 12 months from the date of purchase.
We hope you understand ‘No Refund on any books or magazines. No refunds on items sold on special/discounted. No refund on CD or DVDs’ unless proven to be faulty. If you suspect a CD or DVD is faulty a replacement will be sent once we have recieved and tested the suspected faulty goods. If goods are not faulty your product will be returned.

Australian Country Quilts will ask the manufacturer for a replacement to be sent immediately. If however the goods are found to be NOT faulty no replacement or refund will be given.
Disclaimer: Using pre treated fabric sheets or readymade fabric sheets in a printer may void the printer warranty. As a distributor of these products Australian Country Quilts and any other business associated with us hold no responsibility for any claims. The onus is on the consumer for the use of these products or any other mediums chosen to use in the printer. Please contact the respected manufacturer for any further instruction or complaint.
Ordering
In order to access some features of the Website, you will have to create either an australiancountryquilts.com.au or printablefabric.com.au website account. You may never use another’s account without permission. When creating your account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure. You must notify either australiancountryquilts.com.au or printablefabric.com.au immediately of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account.
Although Australian Country Quilts will not be liable for your losses caused by any unauthorised use of your account, you may be liable for the losses of Australian Country Quilts or others due to such unauthorised use.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
The prices payable for goods and services that you order are as set out clearly in our website. A minimum order value of $10.00, orders under $10.00 will not be processed until verification that you accept these terms or should Pay Pal accept your payment you are willing to pay the difference to $10.00. Prices are subject to change without notification. Prices can be adjusted daily. Prices should never amount to $0.00 if the website shows this occurrence it will be deemed to be a glitch in the system and no orders will be dispatched without full payment. Shipping charges may differ from the website due to weight or size restraints in conjunction with charges expressed by Australia Post or other carriers.
PayPal payments that do not charge the correct amount will be withheld from despatch until correct postage charges have been paid in full. We will endeavour to do our best to uphold correct information at all times, however we do ask you to understand that no system is perfect. ACQ will always do their best to rectify any discrepancies.
PAYMENTS

We will charge your credit account for payment upon receipt of your order . We accept no liability if an order is delayed because you did not give us the correct payment details. If it is not possible to obtain full payment for the goods from your account then we can cancel the contract and or suspend any further deliveries to you. This does not affect any other rights we may have. A minimum 2.2% fee is charged on all credit card orders including wholesale customers with a AUD1.00 minimum charge.
Occasionally card numbers are incorrectly inputted online (by the consumer) causing a declined transaction. Should this happen we will contact you to confirm credit card details before proceeding with your order. We hope you understand; No orders are dispatched until payment has been received.
Viewing Orders
Once an order has been placed in the shopping cart of our online stores you will be able to see exactly what you are purchasing before payment is made. Please let us know of your new delivery address, ACQ take no responsibility for missing parcels. The responsibility is on the customer to provide the correct delivery details at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for non deliverable items due to incorrect details given at the time of ordering. If goods require re deliver additional shipping fees will apply and are not limited to re shipping fee only. Australia Post charge a return fee plus re addressing fees.
All your registration details are kept private and confidential and never exposed or sold to a third party. Please re-register only if your details change (address, credit card number and/or expiry etc) then we can update your member file.
